    Founded in November 2024, Shanghai, China Established by SHEN Li, the founder of Tencent's NExT Studios, our team consists of seasoned professionals from leading global gaming companies.
    Re³ Lab focuses on incubation and early-stage investment in the gaming industry, with a strong emphasis on exploring and innovating within vertical gaming niches.Guided by a philosophy of growing together, we provide end-to-end support to determined and dedicated game developers, from nurturing the initial spark of creativity to refining ideas into polished products ready for the global market. We aim to help creators turn their visions into unforgettable gaming experiences for millions of players.

  • Founder& CEO SHENLi

    Veteran Professional and Executive in the Game Industry. Previously served as the Technical Director at Ubisoft, overseeing the development of multiple AAA titles. Later, as CTO of EPIC China, led the development of commercial game engines. Subsequently joined Tencent, where he founded NExT Studios and served as CTO of Tencent Games Global and General Manager of Tencent's XR business pipeline. During this tenure, he played a pivotal role in the incubation and management of several innovative projects, including Tencent's global gaming strategy
    .At NExT Studios, he successfully incubated critically acclaimed and commercially successful titles such as Unheard, Biped, and Death Coming, delivering groundbreaking creative games to players worldwide.

  • INCUBATION

    Upon passing the initial screening, teams and project proposals will be provided with Office, Funding, R&D, and Publishing Support throughout a 3 to 9-month incubation period. Upon delivering a high-quality vertical “slice” of the game, the team will “graduate” from the program. Additionally, Re³ Lab will assist in the establishment of the team’s company and offer continued support in future fundraising and investment efforts.
